Staff records are missing. Treatment logs have been corrupted. Entire sections of the archive have been erased without explanation.What remains suggests an experimental procedure ended in catastrophe shortly before the facility's abandonment.When the lights went out for the last time, Patient L13 disappeared. At least, that is what the records claim. What emerged afterward was something else..A fractured consciousness bound to the teddy bear she once carried through countless sleepless nights. Neither fully spirit nor memory, L13 exists somewhere between comfort and nightmare, trapped within a reality built from the remains of her own mind.

However, the environment is highly unstable.When emotional distress increases, reality begins to fracture.Hallways emerge where walls once stood. Objects appear and disappear without explanation. Distant announcements echo through empty rooms. Sections of the former asylum occasionally bleed into the environment before disappearing again.Despite these disturbances, L13 continually attempts to rebuild and maintain her sanctuary.The patient appears most stable when accompanied by Companion Entity B104 (see to the left).Some believe L13 is a lingering spirit. Others believe she is simply a memory refusing to fade. The truth remains unknown.
